We were the project acousticians for the Coronation Street move to MediaCityUK in 2013. ITV came back to us when they decided to expand the facilities.

In our latest work for ITV, we provided the acoustic design for two new studios at their existing Coronation Street production site at MediaCityUK and helped ensure that new areas of the iconic outdoor set were quiet enough for filming. 

Building upon our original work at the site, we established stringent acoustic design criteria for the development. We then carried out noise monitoring and acoustic testing around the site of the new studios and outdoor set and advised on necessary measures to meet the adopted criteria.

We continued to provide advice to the main contractor throughout the construction phase, inspecting works in progress, before carrying out commissioning testing to verify the acoustic performance upon completion.
